GT500 series motor intelligent monitoring device

一、概述

GT500系列电机智能监控装置主要功能为操作交流电动机控制回路中的接触器,实现电机的起停操作,支持电动机的直接起动、双向起动和星三角起动,并针对过热、过负荷、堵转、欠流、不平衡、接地、漏电、欠压、过压、晃电等故障对电动机予以保护,此外可实现测量、告警、显示、通讯等功能,适用于交流50Hz、额定电压至400V(660V)、额定电流1A~600A的交流电动机。该产品是我公司按IEC国际标准开发的智能化、网络化、数字化低压电机保护控制装置。采用模块化设计结构,产品体积小,结构紧凑,安装方便,可分散式安装全面实现保护、测量、控制一体化。

二、方案:

1.全中文液晶操作面板单元,高清晰宽温带蓝背光LCD中文菜单显示屏显示操作、查看、参数设置等更加直接,精度更高;

2.可编程输入及自定义输入13路,可编程输出及自定义输出5路,可满足工控现场的不同工艺联锁要求;

3.监控装置0~600A额定电流规格均自配套相应的电流互感器。为用户降低设备成本;

4.测量功能:三相电流、漏电电流和三相电压(可选),并且可检测电动机预置热敏电阻阻值(可选);

5.显示功能:显示电动机的工作电流、电压,显示已经积累热量和热敏电阻值,显示接触器和断路器的工作状态,显示电动机的工作状态和所有保护、告警状态;

6.事件记录及查询功能:记录故障跳闸时的故障类别、跳闸时间、故障变量;

7.历史记录及查询功能:记录电机的起停时间、起动电流、总的起停次数和故障跳闸次数。

8.可以通过输出模拟量4~20mA的方式与DCS系统连接把电机运行参数传送出去,构成分布式综合电力监控统;

9.通过RS485接口,Modbus-RTU通信协议与多种微机工控组态软件实现网络通讯;

10.所有的保护动作信息、遥信、遥测、遥控均可通过通讯实现。

三、通讯系统

通讯系统主要由位于中央控制室的上位机和位于控制现场的GT500系列电机智能监控装置组成远程通讯。采用RS485 远程通讯接口,支持 MODBUS-RTU等多种通信协议规约,波特率可设置(9600bps出厂值),通讯距离可达 1200 米。系统可同时对多达247台的电机

智能监控装置的各种保护参数进行修改、设定、数据传输、起停操作、数据记录和对电动机的工作状态及参数动态显示;对故障进行醒目的声光报警。

2. programmable input and custom input 13 way, programmable output and custom output 5 way, can meet the industrial process of the different process interlocking requirements;

3. monitoring device 0 ~ 600A rated current specifications are matched with the corresponding current transformer. Reduce equipment cost for users;

4. measurement function: three-phase current, leakage current and three-phase voltage (optional), and can check the motor preset thermistor value (optional);

5. display: display current, motor voltage, display has accumulated heat and thermal resistance value display contactor and the working state of the circuit breaker, display the working state of motor protection, and all alarm status;

6. record and inquiry function: record the breakdown type, trip time and fault variable when the fault trip;

7. record and inquiry function: record the start and stop time of motor, starting current, total start stop times and failure trip times.

8., it can connect with the DCS system through the analog output 4 to 20mA, and transfer the motor operation parameters to form a distributed integrated power monitoring system;

Three, communication system

The communication system is mainly composed of an upper computer which is located in the central control room and a GT500 series motor intelligent monitoring device which is located on the control site. Adopt RS485 remote communication interface, support MODBUS-RTU and other communication protocol protocol, baud rate can be set (9600bps factory value), communication distance of up to 1200 meters. The system can operate as many as 247 motors simultaneously

Various protection parameters of intelligent monitoring device are modified, set up, data transmission, start and stop operation, data recording and dynamic display of the working state and parameters of the motor, and the alarming sound and light alarm is carried out.
